Please review the Access Requirements section of this page.  Our staff must be able to safely, quickly and efficiently access your spa and water source to do their job.  Failure to comply will result in a suspension or denial of services.

Weekly Residential Service 50 / visit

Test & Balance Water, Vacuum Debris, Scrub Water Line & Headrests, Clean Filters, Clean Cover.

Bi-Weekly Residential Service 75 / visit

Test & Balance Water, Vacuum Debris, Scrub Water Line & Headrests, Clean Filters, Clean Cover.

Vacation Rental Service 50 - 75 / reservation

Test & Balance Water, Vacuum Debris, Scrub Water Line & Headrests, Clean Filters, Clean Cover. Rental cleaning is required for each booking and is not subject to a different schedule.  Per reservation rate is contingent on rental location.

Drain & Refill Service 150-350 / service

Drain Water, Refill with Pre-Filtered Water, Test & Balance Water, Vacuum Debris, Scrub Water Line & Headrests, Clean Filters, Clean Cover.

Price is contingent on the location; water flow rate, access, and filtration needs.

We service your spa with our own quality line of products from BioGuard and all of our technicians are certified in water treatment prior to servicing your Spa

Access & Service Requirements

Being in the PNW poses challenges when servicing Spas throughout the Seasons.  Based on our prior experience we have the following requests so we may maintain our affordable rates and quality of service.

  • Water connection must be within 40 feet of your spa.
  • Cover lifter bar must be in good condition and functioning properly – bars bent out of place or coming detached from the cabinet will need replaced/repaired.  Services are subject to suspension until such repairs are made.
  • Cover must be in good condition – waterlogged or torn will need to be replaced. Services are subject to suspension until such repairs are made.
  • There must be clear access to your spa.  Pathways clear from vegetation overgrowth, accessible gates, community gate codes, etc.
  • If you have pets, your gates must be accessible and dog waste must be picked up. 
  • Winter access: there must be a plowed pathway to your spa.  If our staff is unable to access your spa, the service may be canceled.
  • Winter access:  there must be a maintained road to your property.  This requires a space for our vehicles to turn around, and for the roadway to be properly graded to the vehicles are not at risk of going of being pulled off the roadway/driveway. Failure to gain access will result in missed services and a fee will be applied for our time in commuting to your location.  
  • Winter Adjustments:  Nov - April Roads or driveways deemed dangerous for our staff per our discretion are not available for service during these months.   Certain service zones will not be available during those months and any properties that we deem too challenging to service will be included in this service block.
  • Services for the remaining months of the year are contingent on weather and if deemed safe by our Management.

BY SUBMITTING THIS REQUEST YOU ACKNOWLEDGE that you are/will be in compliance with the Access & Service Requirements.

Requests for service will be submitted to our Admin department and you will be contacted by Athena for scheduling within 72 hours.
